For the third consecutive year, TIF broke the 200,000-visitor barrier. Last year's event welcomed visitors in the six figures, a number that is impressive during the harsh economic climate and the adversities of recent years.
Apart from thematic exhibitions, the 81st TIF will also feature a wealth of parallel and recreational events, such as:
  • Music Events, concerts held every evening at the YMCA arch stage, where top Greek singers will appear to perform songs from the most popular genres of Greek music.
  • Theatre festival for children and teenagers, during which amateur troupes will compete by staging theatrical performances for children.

  • Cheapart, which will feature authentic works by dozens of artists, which TIF visitors can purchase at very attractive prices.

  • e-GAMING, the largest gaming event in the Balkans, will be held in Pavilion 17 and will include educational presentations, competitions and tournaments, as well as countless happenings that will attract young and old.

Cultural events organised by Russia, the guest of honour, to be held in Pavilion 16.
